      @1.  Osman1 Dutch was born Bef. 1584 in Bridport, Dorset England, and died December 1684 in Gloucester, Essex County Massachusetts1.  He married (1) Margaret Haywell.  She was born Abt. 15922, and died Abt. 16282.  He married (2) Grace Pratt 20 March 1628/29 in Gloucester, Essex County Massachusetts2.  She was born Abt. 1607 in Bridgeport, Dorset England, and died 10 October 1694 in Gloucester, Essex County Massachusetts3.

Notes for Osman Dutch:

According to Grace Dutch's court petition to the General Court dated 21 July 1685, Osman died in December 1684, aged well over 100 years old.

Osman was a Gloucester Selectman in 1650.  His estate was valued at 83 Pounds, 10 Shillings.

According to the petition of Grace Dutch, widow of Osman Dutch to the General Court dated 21 July 1685, Grace lived with Osman for over 50 years.

Notes for Hester Dutch:

On 30 October, 1692 Esther, along with, Rebecca Dike , and Abigail Rowe, all of Gloucester, were taken to Ipswich, for examination on a charge of witchcraft.  They were all released on 7 November 1692. (Source Levi Henry Elwell, 1854-1916)

Hester, due to sickness and poverty was, like her mother, a "poor distressed widow" for many year34s.
